Zakhidnyi Buh Prepares Team for New Season: Large-Scale Training Launched

These sessions are conducted by the Agricultural Development Center, which ensures a comprehensive approach. First, specialists assess the current level of knowledge; this is followed by a training block featuring practical case studies, and the program concludes with final testing to verify the material learned.

The program is tailored to each department:

• Managers are honing their leadership skills, focusing on strategic planning, the art of negotiation, communication, and delegation.
• Agronomists are undergoing training in physiology, biochemistry, agrochemistry, the chemistry of crop protection products and surfactants, as well as cultivation technologies for key crops.
• Machinery Operators are participating in five-day intensives. The main advantage of this format is the combination of theory with practical hands-on experience with the equipment.
• Engineers are adopting international best practices, with off-site training sessions scheduled in Germany.

A separate block is dedicated to studying quality standards and preparing employees to work according to strict regulations. Within all training programs, the Agricultural Development Center tests participants and provides recommendations for the further professional development of each employee.
